All rates are double occupancy, per night and are subject to change without notice. Additional per person charge in a room is $15 for children under 15 and $30 for each additional adult 16 and over.

Check In / Out
Check in is from 2:00pm until 7:00pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7:00pm so that we may leave a key for you. Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations and No Shows
If you cancel 14 days or more before your stay, we will charge you an administration fee of $20 per room per night of your booked stay. If you cancel between 2 days and 13 days of your stay we will charge you 50% of your full stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay we will charge you for your full stay. Should we re-rent your room and you cancelled within 14 days we will credit you with a White House Inn gift certificate valid for 6 months.

Children
Our Bed and Breakfast is not appropriate for young children; many of our guests are looking for a quiet getaway. Well-behaved children over the age of 8 are welcome in our home, however we do not provide a special childrens menu at breakfast.
